The Golden Girls Drill Team is a dance team comprised of Juniors and Seniors, who represent Plano East Senior High. Our objectives include the following:
- Halftime entertainment at all Panther Varsity Football games.
- Halftime entertainment at as many Panther Varsity Basketball games possible.
- Perform in PESH Pep Rallies.
- Perform and/or participate at other functions involving Plano East Senior High per the direction of the Golden Girls Drill Team Director.
- Present the Annual Spring Show.
Rikki Endsley
Director
Mrs. Rikki Endsley is starting her first year as the Director of the Plano East Senior High Golden Girls. She has come to Plano from South Garland High School where she directed the JV Drill Team the Dixie Darlings for four years, the Assistant Director of the Southern Belles Varsity Drill Team for three years and also taught Dance I, II, & III. While at SGHS she choreographed for the theater department the musicals Aida, Little Shop of Horrors and Beauty and the Beast.
Rikki is a former Allen High School Tallenette Drill Team Captain. As a Tallenette she performed on the NBC Today Show, at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and President George W. Bush’s Governor Inaugural Parade in Austin, Tx.
After high school Rikki was selected in the 62nd line of the World Famous Kilgore College Rangerettes. As a Rangerette she performed at the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving and Christmas half time shows, SBC Cotton Bowl Classic, Chicago Jingle Elf Parade, Governor Rick Perry’s Inaugural Parade, Red River Bowl, and Neiman Marcus Adolphus Parade. During her years at Kilgore College, she served as Dance Club Secretary and President, Dance Scholarship Student, Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, Dean’s List, National Dean’s List, Rotary Club Student of the Month, Homecoming Queen Nominee, Honor Graduate and Who’s Who Among American College Students. She graduated from Kilgore Jr. College as an Honor Graduate with an Associate of Arts degree.
After Kilgore, Mrs. Endsley attended Texas Women’s University as a Dance Major where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Dance and graduated Summa Cum Laude. While at TWU Rikki began her teaching career working with Miss Billye’s School of Dance in Plano, TX. After graduating she received her teaching certification in Dance 8-12 and continued her dancing by attending conventions such as The Pulse, LA Dance Force, and ACDFA. This past season Rikki danced and performed with the modern dance company, Muscle Memory Dance Theater and currently teaches at The Dance FX studio in Garland. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband Austin, and their three Boxers, Guibo, Roxy and their new puppy, Gus.
Sarah Bianco
Assistant Director
Mrs. Sarah Bianco is starting her first year as the Assistant Director of the Plano East Senior High Golden Girls. Bianco is also currently the Director of the Clark High School Cougarettes. At Clark High School, Bianco teaches English 1 and the Drill Team Fundamentals course.
Bianco holds a Masters in Education degree from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
Previously, Sarah was a Senior Account Executive at the world's largest public relations agency, Weber Shandwick. At Weber Shandwick, Sarah managed media relations for nonprofit organization, Susan G. Komen for the Cure and secured multiple placements on nationally recognized media outlets such as "The Today Show," Glamour magazine and "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."
Sarah is a native of San Antonio, where growing up she received professional dance training for 12 years at >Earle Cobb Dance Studio. From first grade to her senior year, Sarah competed in jazz and tap with her studio in addition to performing with the dance team. While attending San Antonio Clark High School, Sarah was Co-Captain her junior year and head Captain her senior year of the Top Cat dance team. As a Top Cat, Sarah received the title of Miss Showmaker, performed at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and Disneyland.
While at The University of Texas at Austin, Sarah joined Chi Omega sorority and held leadership positions with the Longhorn Linebackers club, Student Events Center and was the head co-chair of the nation's largest on-campus student-led event, 40 Acres Fest. Sarah was also recognized as a member of the University's prestigious "Dean's Dozen."
Currently, Sarah is thrilled to be returning to world of dance after deciding to pursue a career in education. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, attending musicals and bonding with friends and family.
